The fears that shall not be named
Are we too afraid to even admit we're afraid? "The only thing we have to fear ...
I covered in my previous Substack the beginnings of how to get to a state of courage. My observation is that the powers-that-be feed us a diet of flimsy narratives stuffed full of fear to manipulate and control our emotions and decisions so we fall for their senseless agenda. While I realize this has been going on a long time, since 2020 there’s been a lot of existence-level fears that’ve been hastily buried thanks to the accelerating news fear cycle now at about a day and a half. Who has time to process?! (I’m sure that’s intentional.) So (imo) we’d better get to clearing out the pile of conditioned fear that’s been festering in the back acres of our psyches. Once that’s cleared out, there’s less fuel the cabal can set on fire to trick us into going along with their insane schemes.
Think about it. If we hadn’t seen (fake) videos of people “dropping dead in the streets in China” (or cruel engineered videos of a “starving polar bear”), what chance would they’ve had to get us to mask kids (or big kids known as adults), or lock ourselves into our own houses (tsf), or buy things that don’t work like, oh, I don’t know, electric cars or “vaccines.” No triggers = no hoodwinking.
It’s not a whole lot of fun facing fears … hence we stuff them down … but we should realize that the cabal uses our fears as weapons they condition us to install. They reinforce them and add more to the pile every day on purpose. So it’s smart to disarm them. The courage to turn and face fears is probably 90% of the battle to clear them.
Recap of getting to courage
To recap the reasons why courage is essential to moving forward: the heart has its own electrical system that is 40 - 60x more powerful than the brain. Electrically, your heart can synchronize with the rest of the body and every other organ system. When that synchronization happens, it’s called coherence. Being in a coherence state is shown to make significant improvements in health. Mental and emotional health stabilizes, human performance and decision making improves significantly.
And, as I mentioned in the last article, a shortcut to the heart / courage energy is simply to think of something that makes you smile:
(Feel free to return to this photo at any time.)
Now, once we’re in that heart / courageousness coherence zone, perhaps we have the courage to take a look at all the fears that come up from this recent real life conversation, as relayed by EMT Harry Fisher:
So, I’m sure we’re all very relieved that this young person survived the heart attack thanks to the good work of EMT Harry and the surgery. Lots of emotions may have come up for you, as it did for me when I read this. It’s not easy this facing of fears. Many of us likely know someone who did not pull through. Grief, anger, despair could be in the emotional mix.
Let’s focus on the fears here. We can unpack this conversation to appreciate just how many survival-level fears and traumas show up for me in just this one short critical conversation:
The police officer says his greatest fear is not of being shot in the line of duty, but of whether the “covid” shot he was pressured into taking will result in a heart attack or other life-threatening episode. This fear has resulted from events he’s witnessed in his own department, his own life, shared by his fellow officers, that have been corroborated by what the EMT has witnessed. This fear can’t be shut down when he clocks out.
One aspect of this fear is of not knowing how to determine if you might be next. It’s clear our supposed “health” agencies aren’t devoting any resources to answer that question or to warn you it could happen. In fact they’re doing the opposite, telling everyone life-threatening adverse events are “rare” and censoring anyone showing data that raises concerns. Meanwhile many “alternative” media outlets push fear into the stratosphere while selling products they say will help.
Another aspect of this fear is of not knowing what you can do to stop it. There aren’t any discussions on mainstream TV, in town hall meetings, or in traditional media outlets that I’ve seen about how you can stop the “rare” harm being caused by these jabs. Most doctors are the opposite of forthcoming. They’d first need to admit they pushed / did not warn you about a product with risks that make them the opposite of “safe.” The feeling of powerlessness exacerbates fear. The combo makes anyone ripe for scams.
A related fear is of not knowing the real reasons the police department, in the officer’s case, and our own government pressured everyone, including children, to get these jabs that have resulted in serious injury and death. Who made these decisions? Did they intend harm? Why would they ever be trusted again, for anything?
They’re treating someone under 25 years old without any medical history or drug use suffering a heart attack, and confirm to themselves that this kind of episode was NOT normal … until 2021. There’s a natural “something’s very wrong” fear that comes from seeing someone young hit with a life-threatening episode that, prior to 2021, affected mainly older people.
The fear of recognizing the seeming lack of public discussion and concern — wide, commonplace public concern — about the sudden spike in prevalence of heart attacks in young people, despite it being raised for several years now in medical journals (and here) as well as extensive Congressional hearings. What are we to make of this other than there’s an intentional effort by media and the real powers-that-be to normalize, suppress, and ignore the sudden deaths of young people? Why would important people ignore or dismiss such a devastating new problem? Why is news about it being censored?
The fear that comes from confirming the young person did take the “covid” jab, known to cause myocarditis and sudden deaths. This myocarditis risk was known from the beginning. More fears rise: they pushed this jab even though they knew it could result in major heart problems? Who really made these decisions? Why haven’t health safety alerts been sent to students? Why are they still on the market?
The fear and crushing sorrow knowing this young person took the jab because he “wanted his mom to be safe” — a decision made due to believing government + media’s propaganda. The powers-that-be knew the jab would not protect the person’s sick mother of anything: they were cooking the data in woeful “trials” and lying to the public.
The fear of realizing you’ll never be able to trust your department / government / media / doctor again. Who then can we trust now?
The fear of anticipating the powers-that-be will try this again.
The fear of wondering what will happen if / when they try this again and everyone refuses.
The fear of even talking about these fears, observations and conclusions. The fear of being fired, persecuted, “excommunicated” — of losing more friends and family if you bring any of this up.
Did I miss any obvious / underlying fears?
Seeing the courage
We can also see courage in the exchange above:
The EMT Harry asks the young person if he or she had taken the covid “vaccines.” I wonder how many EMTs ask that question.
The officer asks Harry if he’s seen a lot of heart issues lately. It takes courage to even ask this question these days.
Harry answers honestly about seeing the heart issues and the strokes following the jab roll out. Being honest takes courage these days.
The officer admits his department’s loss and his real fear. Again honesty takes courage these days.
Harry gives his recommendation to avoid future jabs. It takes courage to say this out loud.
The officer declares “never again” to any future “vaccine” and that he doesn’t know anyone in the department who would. This shows great hope that, though it hasn’t yet reached the point of flipping the cabal’s narrative cart over, a large number of otherwise quiet people have made the internal decision never to get another jab, mandated or otherwise.
So how do we move out of being paralyzed by these largely unverbalized, unabated fears or experiencing psychological problems due to them, as the EMT worries, and instead process them, clear them from your body, and become empowered to take steps forward?
Unpacking and clearing fears
Here’s my process — practical application of techniques I’ve learned over the years. Please note: There are many approaches to deal with emotional trauma and the awareness of the heart’s role in emotional wellness is only recently dawning on “medical” sciences. Feel free to share yours or more resources in the comments. If my process doesn’t work for you, there are others. If you do not have, have already processed, or cannot relate to these fears, great! Perhaps there are other fears you can swap in here or help others through their fears.
Basics
Breathe deeply. Breath moves energy through the body.
Unpack the fears. Deal with them one at a time.
Observe where the fear energy sits in the body without judgment.
Allow yourself to feel it.
Judgment, dislike or avoiding the emotional energy just suppresses it and, voila, it turns up again in the future cranked to 11. (The cabal count on this.) Observation and allowing yourself to feel them lets the emotions continue their journey quickly out of the body. They eventually become like a mist.
Stay with the feeling, do your best not to get lost in the story of the thousand thoughts that can be attached to that feeling.
Clearing fears applied to this conversation
Fear 1: Acknowledge the fear of not knowing. “I don’t know” is a legitimate answer for this moment. Recognize this fear is about what might happen in future moments. Keep the focus to this present moment to lower the stakes.
Fear 2: Acknowledge the fear that “something’s very wrong.” Give yourself permission to acknowledge your own feelings about what’s going on.
Fear 3: Acknowledge the fear that you might be the only one realizing that “something’s very wrong.” I believe this fear — that without widespread admission of said problem, the deaths and dangers will continue — is a common one. It’s closely related to the fear of not doing enough to raise awareness. Again, it’s fear about future moments and of not being enough (a big one in itself I’ll tackle in a future Substack).
Fear 4: Acknowledge any worry for this / any young person who’s taken the jab known to have these adverse events. Acknowledge the compassion giving rise to this concern.
Fear 5: Acknowledge the sorrow (and anger) about the propaganda and its effects on people and the fear of knowing your own government pushed lies that had such dark results.
Fear 6: Acknowledge the fear of not knowing which institutions can be trusted, which “news” is true, what to do if you're sick, whether to trust your doctor’s evaluation or advice, where to find help.
Fear 7: Acknowledge fear of a repeat by the powers-that-be in the near future since it worked so well last time and they’re preparing us for it. They’re conditioning us with this fear now, yet it is a fear of future moments. We can choose how we respond now and in future.
Fear 8: Acknowledge fear of the consequences of widespread refusal to go along in future. Another fear of future moments.
Fear 9: Acknowledge the fear of speaking up about these fears.
By unpacking and acknowledging these fears, they should start to shift and clear. This process may need to be done more than once, since there are often layers to emotional energy that has so many core “survival” issues packed into it.
When acknowledging the fears, it doesn’t hurt to laugh.
And come to coherence again. :)
We can think of this process as uninstalling fear programs. Then we have mental and emotional space, so to speak, to install and run the opposite energy: courage, empowerment, choice.
Installing and running the opposite energy
What would we want to feel instead of fear?
Replace the fear of not knowing with the courage to take steps to determine if there’s been any damage by the jab and, if so, to find and use effective treatments and healing techniques to clear the body of any ill effects. First, note the jabs have been found to have a huge variability in adverse events batch to batch, with many batches having almost nonexistent reported incidence of harm. Here’s a good series of questions to evaluate potential damage. On a practical level, many evaluative and detox approaches (and here, here, here) have been shared. As I mentioned, however, some folks are spinning up fears while making money from products and therapies, so it’s important to keep coming back to your own ability to evaluate information and sources and discern what works for you.
Shift the fear that “something’s very wrong” to an observation energy that something’s very wrong and move into courage to honor your own assessment. Even if we doubt it could happen, can we imagine complete disclosure and rapid steps to stop any further harm?
Instead of fear, we can acknowledge that this seeming lack of widespread public discussion and concern could be due to shared fears of what would happen if we unlocked the gates to the back acres of the psyche where we’ve all stuffed these unresolved fears. Perhaps, as the police officer reveals, many are quietly very concerned and no one we know will fall for the jab narrative again.
Shift fear to acknowledging the danger this young person experienced and replacing it with courage to choose to know what small or big steps you might take to create a world where products that harm would never be presented as safe.
Shift the fear to acknowledging how devastating propaganda can be and choosing the courage to see it, dismantle it, and perhaps helping others to see and dismantle it.
Replace fear with the courage to investigate every big narrative being pushed, to consider what the agenda might be for those narratives — “alternative” news as well as mainstream — and to rely more on your own courageous assessment.
Replace fear with courage to choose to consider that, whatever the cabal’s plans, shifting out of fear creates a world where their plans no longer work.
Shift fear to courage to consider that any reprisals the cabal might intend won’t work either when the narratives don’t hold.
Shift fear to the courage to enable yourself to talk about your fears, observations and conclusions, considering that many others may have the same unspoken concerns and fears. The thread on Harry’s post shows how many have similar experiences:
No matter what has happened in the past, we can give ourselves the courage to choose a different outcome the next time the cabal attempts to trigger our fears.
Well done, Suzanne!
It shows compassion for those who were hood-winked.
May God protect them all.
